Built in 1880, this cottage overlooking the bay was purchased as a weekend beach retreat. The design goal of this renovation was adding a bedroom and mudroom to the back of the house to create an openness in the first floor living space without sacrificing the quaint cottage feel that attracted the owners to the house in the first place. The project won a Gold Prism Award in 2016.
