Expanded Space by the Beach

Built in 1880, this cottage overlooking the bay was purchased as a weekend retreat. We added a bedroom and mudroom to the back of the house and created an openness in the first floor living space without sacrificing the quaint cottage feel that attracted the family to the house in the first place. The original design goals were met and exceeded.

This project won a 2016 Gold PRISM Award.
